Humota Theater

Humota Theater's rated R policy

I.D. Required for all Rated R Features

As with other larger theater chains, we here at the Humota also adhere to the belief that a child under the age of six (6) is not to be permitted to an R-Rated feature, regardless of a Parents Presence. Along with this goes our belief that all children 17 and under not be permitted to any R-Rated feature without their parent present. If you have questions or concerns about our posted policy, please e-mail HumotaTheater@outlook.com.
We thank you for your compliance in this matter.

1. A Parent or Guardian must accompany their underage child/ren and purchase the tickets at the box office before being granted admission. Parent or guardians must also attend the movie with all children under the age of 17. Parents are not able to grant permission for their child to stay unsupervised for the film.

2. A Legal Guardian is defined by the law as the child's primary caretaker, who is at least 21 years of age and legally responsible for the child.

3. If you purchase a Rated R movie ticket online or as an advanced sale, we will still require a photo I.D. for entry.

4. Drivers licenses or state identification cards are the only accepted forms of identification. School ID cards, Tattoos, Etc. are not acceptable proof of age.

5. To ensure a disruption free, enjoyable experience for all patrons attending R-Rated features, we will not allow anyone under the age of six (6) years old to be admitted regardless of parent/guardian presence.

6. Should we receive complaints or confirmation from any staff or patrons that an individual is attempting to enter an R-Rated feature using any method of deceit, their admission request will be denied. Should they have already been granted entry into the film using these methods, they will be asked to immediately vacate the premises. This applies to all patrons.

Please Note: R-Rated movies are Restricted films as defined by the Motion Picture Association of America. These movies contain content that is classified as “adult material.” Parents are strongly urged to research the film before attending it with their child/ren. Children under 17 are not permitted without a parent.
